Created entirely in-house by ServerCentrals Chicago-based development team, this new service features a web-based provisioning portal in which cloud users can drag and drop computing resources to configure, monitor, and manage their entire infrastructure in minutes. Customer-defined configurations are then displayed on a map to represent how resources are connected to each other and optionally, to the Internet. The portal also includes monitoring systems that allow users to gauge the suitability of their provisions in real time, as well as integration with ServerCentrals ticketing system.
