This cloud-based timesheet offers task tracking inside the timesheet, a time log with another view of the records, expense tracking, client invoicing, and PTO accruals. Cloud-based simply means you can access it with a browser. The actual application may reside on your own servers or ours at Scoutwest. In either case, you access a certain URL that lets you log in and enter hours into your own timesheet. Only you and your manager can see the hours. Other terms for cloud-based are Software as a Service, or Web-based, or Subscription-based software. Administrators have full rights to manage employee access and product features. We also sell Windows-based software to run on your local workstation. If you host it, the Windows and Cloud apps can access the same shared database. This lets you deploy to a variety of platforms.
